I've moved from Peyton's eyes to his ears now. I still have a bit of work to do on the eyes and I'll get back to them later. Chris contacted me to let me know that above Peyton's nose it really doesn't have brown on it, so I will be painting that area like one of the other photos he sent me. I'll probably get to that a bit later this afternoon or tomorrow. Everything is coming along nicely, but I still have little details to work on for for everything to come together. Tomorrow I will be painting those long whiskers. I will need a good liner brush for those because they will be about 4 inches long on the portrait...also I'm going to need a steady hand. It hasn't been easy to move this 12 pound rock around while I'm painting. lol
