I'm moving right along on Peyton. Today, it's all about getting the dimensions, underlying colors, and everything in place. This is also a large portrait, and everything will take longer to do than smaller portraits.  I know he is looking a bit funny right now, but tomorrow I will start working on the details. Also, the roundness of the rock doesn't show his chest area, so tomorrow I will take a photo of that area so you can see how I'm painting it.

Tomorrow, we are expecting winter storms to blow through with heavy rain and thunderstorms. It's supposed to start mid-morning and last throughout the day. I may have a hard time getting on the internet, but I will try to come on a post a couple of photos if I can get on. I'll keep working a bit longer on Peyton this afternoon, but this will be the last photo for today.
