Johari

I'm sooooooo excited! I just got a commission to paint Johari, one of the Cheetah's at the San Diego Safari Park & Zoo! Johari's portrait will be done in pastels for Kathy Quillan Rich who has V.I.P. status with Johari where she gets to spend time with the beautiful Cheetah one-on-one. I will be able to start on Johari in the next couple of weeks or sooner. Here is the photo of Johari with Kathy and her husband.

I have painted for Kathy before. I painted several of her house kitties on slate a couple of years ago. I feel so honored to paint Johari! I love Cheetah's!
