Hot Air Balloon Ornament

1/25/2015

So far this morning, I've made a paper basket out of a square piece of decorative card stock paper. I will be doing a lot more to that later. It's an origami folding technique that I found on YouTube along with other techniques for making these types of ornaments.

I'm using a plastic ornament ball that is around 4 inches around that you can get at any craft store. I'm decoupaging bits of leftover scrap paper to the ball and will cover the whole thing, then let it dry for awhile.
