Flu bug...

2/25/2014

I have been working on a new house remodeling project with hubby this month...painting walls, refreshing tile grout, ripping out base boards and trim. We have been doing extensive work in the backyard too with a new patio cover. We were on such a great roll, then we both got hit with the flu. The H1N1 flu is all over Arizona right now, and so many people are coming down with it. We have had it going on 9 days and it's just been horrible. The constant coughing really makes the head and tummy ache. We are feeling just a smidge better, and hoping that it will go away soon.

I am so tired of laying around in bed, and decided to work on painting flowers. I need a lot more practice, but this is a good way to make the time go by while I'm sick. I've always been interested in the one-stroke method. Still lots to learn.
