Change of plans...

The reason I started so early this morning is because hubby needs my help over at the new house after lunch. I had previously blocked out all of September to help over there and pack here, but he wants to start a bit earlier. I still have rooms to paint and we want to do an acid stain treatment on some cement floors and hallways in September to make them look like marble instead of installing carpet. I've always wanted to try it and am excited to do it, but we have tons of preparation to do before that can even happen. We need to rip out all the old damaged tile in the house first among a hundred other things to do. Let the craziness begin! So, for the next month or so, I'm not going to be around much at all. Such is life, and as everyone knows moving is a lot of work, let alone rehabing a property first is even more work. I'll check in when I can. When things calm down, I will get back to working on commissions.

Here is a YouTube Video for staining concrete. I may even do this treatment in the courtyard on the cement. It would look super cool!
