Archie (Commission)

This morning, I have been working on Archie's fur, getting it bright and white with grey shading. I still have to detail out his nose, eyes, and work on more of the small details. Everything is coming along nicely.

Last night it was so windy and we had some showers in the wee hours. There is a tree next to the house that was making thumping noises all night long. At first, we didn't know what it was and finally figured it out. We are going to have to trim some of those branches away from the house or we will never get any sleep on windy nights.

We also have a pack of roaming coyotes that howl every night. They sound like they are right in the yard they are so loud, but I love listening to them. It sounds like there may be 5 or 6 of them. We are getting used to all the strange noises at our new house and love living way out in the desert to enjoy the natural habitat of desert life.
