I'm caught up with my commissions this week, so I'm going to start working on a project that I'm calling "Serengeti Nights." I have a bunch of broken pieces of slate that are smaller that will work great for sunsets and exotic animal silhouettes. I'll probably show you when I'm finished with all them. I may use these in a download for a pdf tutorial in the future for purchase on my website.

It's heating up outside and it is going to be over 90 degrees today. I have a feeling it's going to be a loooooong hot spring and summer. Blah!

Monday, my next commission is for Sophie, the 3rd Yorkie I will be painting for Candee Aaron. Such a cutie pie!
