Race Car Rock Commission

I'm in the process of getting this rock patched and sanded today. This is a commission for a cartoon race car that will have the number 19 and the name Matt "Mad Dog" Murray on the driver side door and the car is a BMW. This is going to be a gift for a real race car driver and a bit of a challenge for me to paint, but I'm up for trying something completely different.

I need to get this rock a bit smoother before the base coat and sketch can be done.
