Pumpkins Almost Finished

Okay...the lines are done. The last steps are the stems and yellow highlights in the eyes, noses, and mouths. I'll have to come back after supper to start on those.

How do you paint the first set of lines? They are great!!

Hi Deb, I use a pencil first to lay the lines out on the pumpkin, then use a flat small brush and water down a light brown paint to make the shadow where the fine black lines will be. Then I use a small liner brush for each black line right down the middle of the shaded line. Hope that helps.
