Yay! It's done (except for my signature on the bottom and the high-gloss sealer). I never paint the bottoms of the rocks, because I want people to see what the rock looked like before it was painted, and to also show it really IS a rock.
I'm happy how this commission turned out. It was a bit of a challenge, but I learned some new things which will make me grow as an artist. I'll spray it in a couple of days when the weather cools down and take the final photos.
Next year I will offer "Memory/Memories Rocks" or "Vacation Rocks" as something new in the Store Gallery...a sort of travel rock, if you will. I hope someone travels on the famous Route 66! lol
