Cherry Blossoms Rock

6/10/2011

Using watered down white paint and a liner brush, I painted lines on the branches to give them some depth. I used a mint green color for the base coat of the leaves, and will put highlights in those next, then go back and do a bit of work to the flowers.

I'm still learning how to do flowers, as I mostly paint animals, so this is a good rock for me to practice on. I'm sure I will get faster the more that I do.
